Biography
Amarya is a senior from Brooklyn, NY triple-majoring in Economics, Mathematics, and Jewish Studies. In addition to peer success coaching, Amarya teaches as a Supplemental Instructor for Intro to Microeconomics, serves as the Scholar Society Peer Mentor Lead for the First Year Honors Scholars program, and coordinates Afterschool Newcomb Tutoring (ANT) as the student organization’s president. Outside of school, she loves going on walks with friends, listening to music, traveling, solving crossword puzzles, and trying new restaurants and cafes!
Favorite Thing About TU: The uplifting environment cultivated by all of Tulane’s amazing professors, dedicated and passionate students, and the beautiful scenery we all get to enjoy every day!
