In 2021, she moved to New Orleans to attend Tulane University, where she earned a B.S. in Psychology with minors in Spanish and Teaching, Learning, and Training. As an undergraduate, Misha worked for multiple student support offices, including OISS, First-Year Experience, NTC Student Success, the Residence Hall Association (HRL), and Academic Advising. In 2023, she studied and worked abroad in Montevideo, Uruguay—an experience that profoundly transformed her perspective on work-life balance. Before returning to Tulane, Misha worked in SNAP-ed in Philadelphia and then as a Spanish teacher in New Orleans East.

As a Success Coach, Misha collaborates with students to identify their major personal and academic goals; she helps them envision their actualized potential and work backwards to break this down into less overwhelming steps. She is passionate about creating personalized systems and workflows that match each student’s unique cognitive style. As a Tulane graduate herself, she is familiar with the unique opportunities and challenges faced by Tulane students.
