Tanya’s positive and intentional approach to life informs her coaching styles. She is passionate about helping students identify and harness the strengths they already possess and learn new skills that will allow them to be successful during and after college. With the variety of campus resources available to students, Tanya believes that being connected to these resources and building a strong peer support network are a vital part of student success. What she enjoys about working with college students is helping them find the spaces on campus in which they will thrive and build the confidence to become the best version of themselves.
